The aim of 2-6 LFT is to provide everyone with the tools needed to create & manage sustainable changes to improve fitness and ultimately, health.
We're interested in more than just your membership. With our targeted guidance comes accountability and better progress. Our online fitness programmes will keep your workouts fresh and on track. We also provide coach led training classes, both one on one and within small groups, where we can help you get the most out of your sessions.
We believe fitness is more than just what you do in the gym. All of our services build in sustainable lifestyle support as well as prehab and rehab techniques to aid injury prevention and recovery. Why not also make the most of our sports massage services, which can promote recovery, reduce fatigue, prevent injury & increase mobility.
