The aim of 2-6 LFT is to provide everyone with the tools needed to create & manage sustainable changes to improve fitness and ultimately, health. We're interested in more than just your membership. With our targeted guidance comes accountability and better progress.

Whether you’re looking for regular 1-1 training guidance, or just want a one off session to address a sticking point, we’ll be able to help.

Our 1-1 PT sessions are available to purchase in a number of ways to suit you with a range of packages to use at 2-6 LFT or in blocks, so you decide when you want to use them to compliment your Online PT or Online Strength & Conditioning, without being tied in.
