We believe fitness is more than just what you do in the gym. All of our services build in sustainable lifestyle support as well as prehab and rehab techniques to aid injury prevention and recovery. Why not also make the most of our sports massage services, which can promote recovery, reduce fatigue, prevent injury & increase mobility.

We're here to prepare you for peak performance, no matter your level of athleticism - whether you’re at the start of your fitness journey or an advanced athlete looking to gain the edge on the competition (even when that competition is you) - 2-6 LFT is for everyone.

1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Whether you’re looking for regular 1-1 training guidance, or just want a one off session to address a sticking point, or to compliment online coaching we’ll be able to help.

SMALL GROUP PT

  • Classed based training limited to 3 people to ensure you get the highest quality of coaching. Daily 1 hour classes as part of 12 week training blocks.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

  • Play sport - Train sport

    Sportspeople are built differently and your gym sessions should be tailored to match. Training like a bodybuilder or a CrossFit athlete is not going to get the best out of you for your sport. Take your game to the next level with our Strength & Conditioning in person or online.
